Here’s a quick update about this year’s event. We’re happy to confirm Barnes Film Festival 2020 will go ahead.
Due to current circumstances, we’re working hard behind the scenes so we can offer our enticing 2020 programme entirely in digital form.
We want our committed audience and filmmakers to enjoy BFF in digital form at home as an alternative choice.
We’re still working out the details, but we ask for your patience as we work through the complexities of converting an established physical festival to an online only festival.
It’s programmed around individual film’s releases and schedules factored in.
That means the programme may have to change to accommodate for this shift towards a digital event. For example, some films are due for theatrical release soon after the festival.
